House Refurbishment, KT4
A full transformation for a young couple ready to swap dated interiors for a home that feels modern, warm, and considered.
The brief was simple: bring the whole house into the present. At the heart of the project sits a new fitted kitchen, designed around how the couple actually live clean lines, integrated appliances, and a layout built for everyday cooking as much as hosting. A media wall anchors the living space, turning it into the room they'll actually want to spend evenings in. Throughout the rest of the home, a full repaint refreshes every room with a considered, contemporary palette, while an upgraded lighting scheme replaces flat, dated fittings with layered lighting that shapes mood room by room practical where it needs to be, atmospheric where it counts.

Full flat refurbishment, SE10
A complete refurbishment of a two-bathroom flat in Greenwich, SE10, delivered for a young couple moving into their first home. The scope covered everything from strip out to handover, two full bathroom refurbishments, a new kitchen with marble-effect porcelain flooring and integrated appliances, new lighting throughout, and carpeting in the bedrooms.
The brief was a clean, modern finish on a realistic budget. Every room was coordinated as a whole rather than fitted in isolation which is where the architectural background makes a practical difference.

Kitchen refurbishment, SW6
A fast turnaround kitchen refurbishment for a retired chef who needed the space back in use with minimal disruption.
The scope covered full supply and fix, delivered start to finish in two days, with the kitchen left ready to use from day one — no snagging, no loose ends. Speed didn't come at the cost of quality. The client was impressed by both, and the trust built over those two days carried through the whole project a reminder that a well-run site, not just a long timeline, is what earns confidence.

Interior design, SE10
A complete interior transformation of a flat in the same building this time focused on design concept, colour scheme and furniture layout from the ground up. We repainted every room with a considered two-tone scheme, coordinated the furniture layout to maximise the space, and assembled and styled each room as a complete interior. The brief was to give the flat a warm, characterful identity not just a fresh coat of paint. The result is a cohesive home with a clear design personality throughout.

Sage green and warm cream two-tone paint scheme with coordinated bedding and styling. The darker lower half grounds the room and gives it a boutique feel without a full renovation.

Full repaint with a warm, layered colour scheme and coordinated furniture layout. The brief was a characterful, lived-in feel not a blank white box. Plants, lighting and soft furnishings were all considered as part of the overall design.

Warm terracotta and white two-tone wall treatment with new flooring throughout. A simple but considered design choice that sets the tone for the whole flat from the moment you walk in.

Ground piling & foundation works, WD23
Structural groundworks for a residential rear extension in Bushey, Hertfordshire. The scope included 11 CFA ground piles with a reinforced connecting ground beam, designed and installed to structural engineer's drawings and specification. Works were carried out in a confined rear garden setting with full building control inspection and sign-off throughout. This type of foundation is required where standard strip footings aren't suitable typically on clay-heavy or unstable ground conditions common across Greater London and the Home Counties.

Specialist continuous flight auger piling rig installed in the rear garden. 11 piles installed to structural engineer's specification in a confined residential setting.

Steel reinforcement cage installed within the ground beam trench, tied to SE drawings prior to concrete pour. Inspected and approved by building control before casting.

Freshly poured reinforced concrete ground beams connecting the 11 piles. Formed, poured and finished to structural engineer's specification, ready to receive the extension superstructure above.
