My Story
I'm Kashyap (Kash), founder of Arka Developments and the person you'll deal with directly on every project.
My background sits across both sides of the industry. I trained as an architect before moving into construction project management, which means I've spent years working on the design side of buildings and then actually delivering them on site. That dual experience gave me a clear view of where projects go wrong and it's almost always the gap between what gets designed and what gets built.
Architects draw with intent. Contractors build with pragmatism. When those two worlds don't communicate well, you get delays, budget overruns, and a finished result that doesn't match what was agreed. Arka Developments exists to close that gap.
We're a small, founder-led company and deliberately so. I take a hands-on role in every project, from initial design conversations through to final handover. You won't be passed between account managers or dealt with by someone who wasn't in the room when we agreed the scope.
